Hi, I’m Leanna, and BAYWATER COTTAGE is my passion project right here in beautiful Collingwood, Ontario.

 

From modest beginnings, we've grown through unwavering dedication and a commitment to continuous improvement. Each step has reinforced our core belief in the power of collaboration. We're passionate about what we do, and we're excited to share our story with you.

 

I handcraft everything myself with so much love and care—cold-process soaps, nourishing lip balms, cozy crochet accessories, and thoughtful curated gift boxes—all made in my home studio.

 

My soaps are 100% natural and vegan, completely palm-oil-free, and packed with nourishing ingredients like coconut oil, avocado oil, and castor oil along with nourishing shea butter to create those hard, long-lasting bars with rich, creamy lather that leave your skin feeling soft and pampered. I use top-quality fragrance oils from Candle Science (clean and safe), and top quality micas from Mad Mica.

My natural line contains only plant-based colorants, essential oils, and fresh botanicals to give each bar its unique scent and beautiful look. Fragrance and colour free bars are an option s well. Something for everyone!

 

I also make all-natural lip balms with shea butter, coconut oil, beeswax,Vitamin E and essential oils for that perfect everyday moisture and protection.

Other options include 100% cotton crochet pieces like market bags, hats, head scarves, scrunchies, and exfoliating washcloths—everything handmade and customizable.

I absolutely love turning ideas into special creations, whether it’s personalized soap favors for your wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, or Airbnb guests, or custom crochet items just for you. I offer a free service to help collaborate on gift boxes (just give me at least 6-8 weeks for larger or custom orders), and I focus on waste-free, eco-conscious options that feel good to give and receive.

 

At the heart of it all, I want to bring you exceptional, handmade luxury using natural ingredients, while delivering great service and that personal touch. I thrive on the creative challenge of making something perfect for you.
